I bet you everything is fine because the baby is always moving and turning. Especially in the last month of pregnancy. And even if the baby is still facing that way during labor the doctor can most likely just turn the baby's head around. So there is nothing to worry about unless the doctor says otherwise. Like if it is a high risk pregnancy or you have a premature baby. I just had a baby and went through all of these questions myself.
