On the contrary, it is best to never give lawyers the chance because they will always attempt to obfuscate for their own purposes. The "true spirit" of the founding fathers is clearly and readily apparent in the documents themselves and in the writings and commentaries, like The Federalist Papers, of the founding fathers. These were written for the people, not for lawyers. This country was founded on the principle of "natural rights". Lawyers have turned that to their own advantage by changing the name to "natural law". In our time "natural law" has become a bad word--taboo for anyone in politics. A candidate for the supreme court would never be approved if he/she admitted to a belief in "natural law" (Clarence Thomas was quizzed relentlessly about this in his confirmation hearings because he had a reputation for leaning toward "natural law". He denied it vigorously)--even though it is the new term for the philosophy given such eloquent voice by Thomas Jefferson in our Declaration of Independence. Our nation is in a sad state and it is primarily the lawyers and their interpretations that have put us there. Well, that and the greed and self-centeredness of our people.

How the Dred Scott decision overturned all the previous compromise and acts?

Because the Chief Justice chose to interpret the Constitution in the spirit in which the Founding Fathers wrote it in 1776. When they said a man's property was sacred, they would have included slaves in their definition of property. This meant that slavery was legal in every state of the Union, and the compromises were all invalid.

Who is entrusted with the responsibility of authentically interpreting the Christian Sacred Scriptures?

This is something every Christian can do. Many Christians believe they have the Holy Spirit indwelling them and the Holy Spirit will bear witness to the Christian what is truth and what is not truth. Also there are established ways to interpret Scripture to avoid error. For example your should compare Scripture with Scripture. So if you say a piece of Scripture means 'this' and what you say is not backed up by other Scripture then you may be wrong - in a sense allowing the Bible to interpret itself and not someone else. Also, reading the topic Scripture in full context to get the real meaning.

Do Catholics believe that Father son and hOly ghost is one person?

I do not believe in the holy ghost, but I do believe in the Holy Spirit, that is because I know Him personally. To even mention the word ghost when referring to the Holy Spirit is a sin against my master who is the Holy Spirit. When using the word ghost you are referring to someone or thing that has lived and died. My master the Holy Spirit always was and always will be. As His apostle I am here to interpret Gods Words to mankind before their deaths so they can have the choice of salvation or damnation. More teachings of the Holy Spirit can be found on His website Holy Spirit of God .net God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are One God, and I have spoken to each one of Them vocally and have been answered back by Them vocally.
