yes if your eighteen and she's sixteen that's statutirt rape because you not supposed to be with her in the first place and parents can press charges against you cause technically she's still a minor you should have waited two more years and then it would be a crime

AnswerI know that technically it's a minor and an adult, but every law site I've ever seen says that neither she nor her boyfriend can get in trouble. Statutory rape is with a minor who is under the age of consent. The age of consent is 16, and considering the fact that he's only two years older, I don't think there's much of a case.
