I would have to say yes. I'm headed that way to camp and all signs point to the fact that they turned the beaches into parks so you have to pay to camp. But if you find somewhere that's not in a park and their are no signs that say you can't camp then I say go for it. I can't find any "Laws" that say you cant. Just make sure your not camping where people drive.
