It could either be some food stuck in the hole, or it can be the blood cloth that is forming. If it was infected, you would see white pus coming out of it.
Full recovery should take three months and you would feel the holes for a few weeks.
1 week after my extraction I noticed that the hole turned a little bit whitish in the center. This is part of the healing process, think of it as a scab.
There seems to be conflicting info out on this but some say seeing white is seeing your bone. I guess that is only true if it REALLY hurts. My daughter just had her tonsils out and the back of her throat was white. I thought it was an infection. The dr told me a scab in your mouth is wet so it is white (think of when you were a kid in the bath with a scab on your knee). Makes sense. So go by your pain level. It could be either.
yep, absolutely. I had my wisdom teeth removed 9 days ago and after some research and phone calls with my dentist, turns out that's just a healing barrier on the wound, don't mess with it lol. Unless it's big chunks, which are most likely food, any white residue would be part of the healing process, especially if it kinda itches.
My gums are always wihte and it never bothers me cuz i no theyve alwasy ben wihte!
Yes. It's completely normal.
Normal
yes
u got your wisdom teeth pulled out dummy
No, having migraines for 5 days in a row is not normal at all after having your wisdom teeth pulled. You should contact the dentist right away.
Jana and Jill had their wisdom teeth removed.
they are slimy because you are a complete idiot
I don't know if it's OK. I have braces myself and my wisdom teeth are coming in right now. Unfortunatly, I have to get them pulled, if anything that's what would happen. You should wait until the wisdom teeth come in, and then get them pulled, because the metal bands may not fit around the wisdom teeth, and most people have more comfort when their wisdom teeth are pulled. I have braces and my wisdom teeth came through and my otho hasn't done anything to them.
On your cheek? There should be upto 4 holes in the back of your mouth (where the teeth were pulled) for a few weeks, but unless something happened to your cheek during the surgery. (or at another time) you shouldn't have a hole in your cheek
bob
