Yes, it's normal and sometimes jokingly called 'baby fever'. However, having a baby is far more complex than wanting one, as I'm sure you have been told. I would caution strongly against acting on your desire to have a baby if you're 14 years old, as having a baby is a lot more complicated than playing with one or even babysitting one (feeding, care-taking, etc. are not the only difficulties of parenting). For various psychological and physiological reasons it is a bad idea for you to become a mother at this time, but the desire to have a baby is pretty natural and I'm sure a lot of girls feel it, in their teens and otherwise.
