No, I don't know thing so. Cause he isn't your blood or related to u in anyway expect by sister's marriage.
Your brother in law if you are female is either you husbands brother or the husband of your sister, so i assume you must mean the brother of your sisters husband. This is two sisters marring two brothers and i think it is very common. But You should as your brother in law .
