The reasons behind the rise in CO2 are in dispute, but burning trees and fossil fuels, combined with deforestation and volcanic activity, are the main cited causes. From 1960 to 2011, the Parts Per Million of CO2 in the atmosphere has gone from 310 PPM to 394 PPM. The average Global mean land-ocean temperature has been erratic, and may have increased 4 degrees C in 1960-2011 (wikipedia, global warming), but that is not enough to account for the CO2 rise.
Charts showing the rise in carbon dioxide can be seen at the link below.

The short answer to this question is disputably yes. There is a great deal of evidence and understanding on why CO2 levels have been rising for the past 10,000 years. This is due, in part, to the method the planet absorbs CO2. Over 75% of all CO2 absorption is through our open waters. Being more specific, it is through the open waters of the Northern Ocean. Water absorbs CO2 more readily in periods of cool temperatures and absorbs more slowly as temperatures warm. This is why we see CO2 levels will always follow temperature by some 800 years.
This is not to say that some additions to the current levels of CO2 in our atmosphere are not man induced. It does point out however, that there is a natural issue also involved as temperatures have warmed some 11 degrees this current cycle.
Yes, levels of carbon dioxide are rising in the world. This year (2013) carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere reached 400 ppm. At the beginning of the Industrial Revolution they had been 280 ppm for thousands of years.
Yes, due to certain products human's use, it releases chemicals in the atmosphere.
That, plus burning coal, oil, wood, and gasoline, plus clearing forested land.
yes
The burning of fossil fuels (coal & oil) is the primary cause of the increase in carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere.
Carbon Dioxide or CO sub 2
Increasing concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is considered a factor that increase the global warming.
No, it will not be possible to continue increasing the carbon dioxide content of the atmosphere indefinitely. At some point, the results will be catastrophic.

The carbon content of the Earth's atmosphere has been increasing, particularly in the form of carbon dioxide (CO2) but also in the form of methane (CH4) which will eventually burn and become more carbon dioxide. And, the carbon content of the ocean is also increasing since carbon dioxide has been dissolving in the ocean.
If we are talking about a can or bottle that you buy at the store, it has the most carbon dioxide before you open it; once it is opened, carbon dioxide will steadily leak away. Every bubble contains carbon dioxide that is no longer dissolved in the beverage.

Carbon Dioxide
Dissolved carbon dioxide- free CO2- can pollute water by increasing the acidity to unhealthy levels
Carbon dioxide is increasing in the atmosphere, and oxygen is decreasing.
Carbon Dioxide or CO sub 2
Plants absorb and feed off of carbon dioxide, so it will grow faster.
The burning of fossil fuels affects the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere by increasing it.
