The question lacks context. Without first defining the criteria for superiority, you cannot know the answer to the question. For example, if we define "superiority" as "Which race of beings can swim the fastest in the ocean unaided by mechanical means." Then humans will not be superior. If we ask the question from a Judeo-Christian theological perspective, then the answer is "Yes" because we have defined the context of "superiority." Defining the question, is the most important part of finding an answer. Just answer the darn question. What he/she was trying to mean is the human race more superior? Well, maybe. We have progressed more than any other animal so far.
