Basically people say that if you see a watch lying in the middle of the road, you have to assume a with all it's intracisies it must be designed. So, seeing the earth/universe and it's infinite intracicies it must be designed. Those people are wrong. Besides this ties into the first cause argument that says everything has a cause, or is created from something else. Well, who created god??
