Lower stomach pain mild cramping tingling filling in the nipple but had a short period two weeks before. Could I still be pregnant?

though you cannot have you true period while pregnant you can have bleeding, such as implanatin bleeding, that happens when the fertalized egg attaches itself to the uterine lining, some women dont get this but if you do you will notice about 5 to 6 days after you concieved, though some women mistake it for being there period it is not it is ussually shorter lighter, pinkier or more of a brownish color, you get sore nipples when you are about four weeks, so it kinda sounds lke you may be having symptoms if i was you i would take a test and be sure ok
