It would have to be located in New York..... From what I've seen, LIU Brooklyn(smack in the middle of Fort Greene, blocks away from BedStuy...I almost got robbed over there), Columbia in NYC is pretty bad, but pretty much anything in the Bronx including Fordham..just stay away from the city unless you know how to handle yourself and know your mentally strong.
