Possibly, but you also might just be getting your period. A woman's cycle isn't always perfect to 28 days. Everyone of us is different, and if you are young and have only just started menses, it can take a year or two before your cycle becomes reasonably regular. Same thing happens when we get older, and the cycle is slowing down. Abdominal cramps can present for many different conditions. They can come before (and of course during) your period and during pregnancy too, but also from getting sick, pulling a muscle, being injured or stressed. There are over the counter tests can detect pregnancies quite early. But if you're hurting, you really should see a doctor. Please do. Self-diagnosis isn't a good thing. You might be scared or embarrassed to go, but a doctor will keep your diagnosis private, and help you to feel better.
