How to get rid of it:
- put your hand under warm water for 2 minutes
- Flex your hands for a few moments and make sure there is nothing blocking the blood flow, such as a tight sleeve or blanket wrapped around it.

∙ 12y agoIt can be caused by a number of things including nerve damage or simply temporary occlusion of blood flow which is most likely unless you are getting it frequently and you don't have your arm slung over the back of a chair.
How frequently are you getting pins and needles? If it happens a lot for no apparent reason then you should see a doctor.
