buy a replacement plug and look closely at the threads .. that will allow you figure out what position to place it at in order to pull it out and replace it with a brand new one ... which is what your should do ...
The radiator drain plug on a Chrysler Sebring is located on the bottom, left side of the radiator. It allows for coolant to be quickly drain from the system.
There is an o ring on the plug that will need replaced.
It is on the bottom, passenger side of the radiator.
Should be on the bottom or rear of the radiator or remove the lower radiator hose
It is on the bottom pass side of the radiator. It is very difficult to access.
It is on the lower passenger side of the radiator. Very tough to get to.

Drain valve is on bottom of radiator on passenger side. Valve at controls flow is directly above facing the engine. quite difficult to get to.
passanger side of the car on my 1998, it is made of plastic so becareful not to force it or it will snap off and you will be replacing your radiator
