Galatians 6:8 "For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting." My personal advice would be not to. It is not beneficial AT ALL and actually corrupts you even more (my personal experience). Stay away from anything that encourages your flesh, strengthens your flesh, instead focus on Godly things and sow to the Spirit instead of the flesh! Pray to God to give you guidance on this matter. :-)
Be set apart from the world. Examine yourself, what are the similarities and differences from you to an unbeliever? There should be A LOT of differences!
