So you lets say found this ipod touch but it has a lock code on it and i cant figure it out so how can you reset it?

Honestly, it is considered hacking, and the iPod Touch must go back to the proper owner. However, if it was found on the street, where hundreds, even thousands, of people walk by every day, then it is yours, but there is no way to figure it out other than plain random guessing. though you must be carefull if you keep on trying wrong codes because soon the sim card might stop working. you might want to buy a new sim card to start again.
Well, seeing as to how it is not YOUR ipod , is that really any of your buisiness?
