no that's not true, i have a couple

to get green goblin easy

1 enter "Imiarmas" as a cheat

2 start new game on hero or super hero

3 go to level warp and watch the video conclusion

after that go to secret store and enable green goblin

you also need to learn the goblin controls, in pause menu

To be ninja thug thing

"Thugsrus"

To be skulls leader(bens killer)
