To churches and individuals across the Mediterranean area. To Christian churches in Rome, Corinth, Galatia, Ephesus, Phillipi, Collossi, Thessaloniki amongst other churches but the letters to these churches are now lost eg the letter to the Laodiceans To individuals: Timothy, Titus and Philemon but there may be others that are now lost. The Letter to the Hebrews, traditionally placed in the New Testament after Paul's letters was probably not written by him.
Thirteen epistles have been attributed to Paul and at least seven Pauline epistles are widely considered to be genuine. Of these five have been shown by computer analysis to contain exactly the same writing or dictation style: Romans, 1 and 2 Corinthians, Philemon and Galatians. The two that may, with some confidence, have been written by Paul, but do not match the style of Galatians are Philippians and 1 Thessalonians.
So, we can say with certainty that Paul wrote epistles to three churches in Rome, Corinth and Galatia, and that he may also have written epistles to the churches in Philippia and Thessalonia. Another Epistle to the Ephesian church is attributed to Paul.
Paul wrote letters to the Romans, Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, and Thessalonians, and to Timothy, Titus, and Philemon. Some scholars believe he also wrote the letter to the Hebrews.
One of the genuine epistles, Philemon, was written to an individual of Paul's acquaintance. The remaining six were written to churches, or communities, at Rome, Corinth, Galatia, Philippi and Thessalonia.
Well, concerning his letters in The Bible, he wrote to the Roman, Corinthian, Galatian, Ephesian and Thesselonian churches, and Philemon. He also most probably wrote to the Collosians and Timothy and Titus, though some people doubt his authorship of those books of the Bible. He might have also written the book Hebrews. Besides the books in the Bible, however, he wrote to many, many, many people, as besides talking, that was the main form of communication, and we can't be sure of the full extent of his letter-receiving-audience.
Philippians is written to the church in the city of Philippi. Paul founded the church at Philippi during his second missionary journey.

I do not think so , as it was not clearly mentioned.
The consensus of scholars is that Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Philemon, Galatians, Philippians and 1 Thessalonians are genuine letters written by the apostle Paul. Ephesians, Colossians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothyand Titus were written in Paul's name, but long after his death.
There is no general agreement as to the exact years that Paul wrote his letters but, based on the chronology of Acts of the Apostles, the genuine epistles are usually dated to between 48 and 62 CE. Another view, based on the references to the collection that Paul spent so much effort and personal capital on achieving, is that the genuine letters were written between about 44 and 48 CE.
St. Paul kept in touch with the churches he set up through letters. He wrote letters to address issues, provide teaching, and offer guidance to the early Christian communities. These letters were later compiled into the New Testament of the Bible.
