Yes most definitely. I am Rodney's wife. He is free now almost 8 yrs. Many people will ask many questions and answer themselves with what they want to think. Others will listen to the truth. Rodney's dicharge was 11-26-2004, time served, no paper. FREE. "Why" Rodney killed Charlie Dodds was and still is a highly politically decided decision. It doesn't matter what Rodney would say, the State of Louisiana says it is what it is. Those of us who love him know the truth. Margo is the daughter of Kitty Dodds and Rodney Blackwell. They both went to prison to keep their daughter and her son safe from a lunatic who would have eventually killed all of them and himself. Charlie had been let go from the New Orleans Police Dept. 4 yrs prior to his death due to psychiatric and psychotic diagnosis'. Both Dr'.'s reports stated he was a danger to himself and others, also schizophrenic. Louisiana would lose his applications for parole. So he did his time and lives a wonderful life now with 2 daughters and a son who pops in now and then.
