No. NASA is not in the planet discovering business. That is done by others. NASA does send up stuff like the Hubble etc. but I think it is JPL that actually runs it. Oh, and there has never been anything to suggest that life has been discovered out there, by *anyone*.
an objective that i know that nasa has is to find life out side our home planets. like was there once life on mars. or are there other universes. also they have a saying "earth, moon, mars and beyond"
So far, mankind has not discovered any life on other planets, let alone intelligent life. There's barely any intelligent life on this planet!!!
It is my personal opinion that Earth cannot be the only planet that has abundant life. I believe that if life is going to be discovered on another planet that it will be the newest plant to be discovered, planet Kepler 186f.
There are no confirmed life forms on other planets. However, the possibility of life on other planets is very real. The number of stars with terrestrial planets in the Habitable Zone in our galaxy alone is immense. Given that number, up to 50 billion, multiplied by the possibility of millions of millions of galaxies makes it remarkably probable that life exists somewhere else.
To explore space, the last frontier. Of course, nowadays we as a country don't care about national honor very much, so it won't matter to most if we aren't the ones to discover new planets, galaxies, and possibly even life forms or habitable planets.
If it exists they may be able to see it. So far none has been found.
Seeing as there are 344 discovered planets, and Earth is the only one with life, there is a 1/344 probability so far. the more planets discovered without life, the less the chances are that there could be life on them
We cannot say if life exists on other planets or not. We are trying to work it out.Just because there is no evidence does not mean that there is no life on other planets. We are trying to work out the answer but the answer maybe, YES.
probably not, but if there was its bound not to be intellegent.

The after life has not been discovered. It is a hope or an aspiration of people that something further exists when we die
The word you're missing is.... liquid.
The word you're missing is.... liquid.
So far, earth is the only planet known to support life, but many scientists thing that life probably exists on other planets.
There might be coz NASA will do a mission to explore Ceres & vesta the dwarf planets and the mission is called "The Dawn Mission" and they will know if there is life by 2015 ;) Posted by:pokefreak0986 From YouTube.com
We do not know. So far, organic molecules have been located on planets and in distant stars, but this is not proof that organic life exists there.
Not yet, but, as we have discovered water on various planets and moon, the possibility of life - as we know it - does exist.
