No, they were not. Parts of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End was filmed at the same time as Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, but both were not filmed in their entirety at the same time. Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl was filmed 3-4 years before the sequels.
