No, there weren't other women knights. Women weren't allowed to fight during the Middle Ages. However, occasionally if things became particularly dire, women would join the fight at the last moment, or pretend to be men and sneak into the army. For instance, Jeanne Hachette (real name: Jeanne Laisné) prevented the capture of her home town of Beauvais by Burgundians in 1472, by killing the Burgundian planting the victory banner on the town's wall, and then rallying the remaining French soldiers to drive off the invaders. However, instances of other women fighting during Joan of Arc's time are extremely rare, because women weren't allowed to fight or join the army.
Isabel de Montfort was among other things a crossbow expert and did see field action. I suppose she can be considered a female knight-not to the same historical note as St Joan, I believe she came after Joan.
In Tarot cards there are- surprise- both Male and Female Knights and Male and Female Pages. Both situations existed in the Middle Ages. Female knights were more common in Spain ( Order of the Hatchet) and Italy than other lands. They were without exception, of the Nobility class. Maybe that"s why the best-known Girl Knight had such a rough time- Joan of Arc was a commoner but raised to the nobility by King Charles VII.
There were several female Knights, if you will- among them Queen Isabella of Spain, who was definitely iln the field, and also sponsored an ambulance corps in the Spanish Army- still extant, then of course, Horse-drawn. She rode a Palomino horse and in her honor, they are referred to as Isabellas in Spanish-Speaking lands. Isabella survived her campaigns and died of natural causes in l504. Other distaff knights included Eleanor of Aquitaine, Matilda of Tuscany ( an Italian Girl!) and a few others. there was an entire order of female knights in Spain called the Order of the Hatchet- established ll49. All of these were restricted to those of Noble family birth or descent and all did quite well. I am surprised no movies were done about real life Girl KniKnights other than Joan of Arc, who seems to monopolize the genre.
Before joining the French army, she had no profession other than being a simple peasant girl who help her parents around home and on their small farm.

The Knights of Labor parted from other labor organizations because they were organized by industry rather than by craft.
