Apparently he played with B.B. King in the B.B. King Orchestra from about the 1970s until the 1980s. Hilton continued his career after leaving the B.B. King Orchestra, however he recently suffered a stroke (October 2009), but his recovery was successful, and he is still playing (to the best of my knowledge) today. I believe that he was on the album " Bobby Bland and B. B. King Together Again...Live", even though Wikipedia would have you believe that the tenor saxophonist on that album was Red Holloway
