What is Roy Mustang's dog speech?

In the English dubbed anime adaption this is how the scene went:Mustang: "..Dog huh?...... I LOVE DOGS!"Fuery: *Happy/excited gasp* "Really? You mean it?"Mustang: "Of course! Dogs embody loyalty--They follow their master's commands above all else. Be a jerk to them and they don't complain, and they never once beg for a pay-check! Trust me Fuery, they're the great servants of man!"And then he said in a sing-along tone, "Loyal canine, how we salute thee." and then started laughing loudly."I LOVE DOGS!"........................ "Of course! Dogs embody loyalty! They follow their master's commands above all else! Be a jerk to them and they don't complain and they never once beg for a paycheck! Trust me, Fury! What is academic prostitution?

"Bare skin and a trapped soul" this euphemism somewhat defines a typical sex-worker and one cannot help but gasp at the terrible similarity that the above shares with our existing education system.Ivory towers spanning over acres of land, blissfully devoid of potent faculties and suitable grooming environment for students, the soul of the education with an unscruplous amount of institutions rendering deficient knowledge on a salt to taste basis, all that a potential graduate has to do is to shell out money as if education was somekind of a physically intimate favour.the only difference between the two is that institutes like this revel in the cosy confines of financial security and are too many in number as compared to the underpriviledged former lot sulking under the encumbrance of their own tainted lives. thus a question, dont these educations deserve the same persecution or perhaps something worse as they cause the total academic perversion of the potential leaders of tomorrow,

What is the thirteenth book in the series of unfortunate events about?

Book 8 is called 'The Hostile Hospital'. Violet, Klaus and Sunny end up staying in a hospital. They find a file which shows a picture of their parents, Jacques Snicket and an unknown man, and a caption saying that there could be a survivor of a fire, which leads the orphans into thinking that one of their parents could be alive. Violet is then captured by Esme Squalor, given anaesthetic, and an anagram of her name is hidden in a patient list. Klaus and Sunny disguise themselves as doctors and decode the patient list to find Violet. Count Olaf is planning to operate on Violet by giving her a cranioectomy (cutting her head off). When Klaus and Sunny follow Esme Squalor to the operating theatre they have to perform the operation themselves. Klaus tries to stall the operation to give time for the anaesthetic to wear off, but he has to make a quick escape with Violet and Sunny. Count Olaf sets the hospital on fire, and Violet, Klaus and Sunny are trapped in a store cupboard. Violet wakes up in time to invent something to get the three siblings out of the burning building, and because they are believed to be murderers, the book ends with them climbing into the trunk of Olaf's car as he drives away, to escape from being captured by the authorities.
