Neutrals in chemistry refer to a special type of substances. These substances are special because they are neither a base nor acid but in the middle of the two. Their pH levels sit right at 7.
For instance if two countries were fighting and you claimed neutrality, you would be on neither side.
You wouldn't be against either side just as well as you would not help either side.
Answers- Issac Wilkins and The Quakers are neutral people from history, social studies
Acids: HCl, H2SO4, HF, TFA, Carboxylic Acids.... Beses. Na2CO3, NaOH, KOH, NH4OH... Neutrals. Alcohols, hydrocarbon
Acids turn red/pink when red cabbage indicator is added. Alkali/bases turn blue/green. Neutrals turn purple.
Red, blue, and yellow are primary colors because all other colors can be created from them in different mixtures and with neutrals, such as black, white, and gray. These are the only colors that cannot be made from a mixture of other colors.
There are multiple chemical properties. The pH level measures the amount of hydronium ions present, as in gauging bases, neutrals and acids. Reactivity from the oxidation, that is the rusting of iron is another example of a chemical property.
I'm a bit confused on the question, there are alot more than two types of substances in existence. If your asking about the Reactivity of substances they are broken into two categories, Acids and Bases. Acids have a ph of 6 or lower. Bases have a ph of 8 or higher. Neutrals have a ph of 7. A neutral is eather pure, clean water, or a mixture of both acid and base that balance out the ph of the substance.
Black and Ivory are both neutrals, and since neutrals match other neutrals yes they match.

Neutrals are people who do not pick either side in a conflict. For example, Switzerland was famously neutral in World War 2.
water is one

Switzerland, Spain, Holland, and Scandinavia
They are called neutrals.
Yes, they attract because of gravity.
