Depending on what country you are based depends on the menu for your Christmas Day dinner. The traditional Christmas Day dinner consists of the following: Chicken, Turkey, Beef or Ham, Brussel sprouts, mashed carrots, mixed vegetables, gravy and in the UK most people enjoy a Yorkshire Pudding or two.
