The first major disease complex would be diarrhea (E. coli, Salmonella, rotavirus, coronavirus, etc.). After that would be the pneumonia complex (Staphlococus, Streptococcus, etc.). Once the pig reaches adulthood, the odds of dying go down dramatically but they are still susceptible to diseases like Erysipelas, infectious Arthritis, infectious mastitis and metritis as well as chronic complications from earlier acute infections.
