The Hymns and the spirituals listed below are commonly used
And probably more... A lot of Hymnals have indexes by topic and there should be a baptism topic under which are listed songs that are appropriate for that time.
Since you put this question in the Catholic category, I am guessing that you are Catholic.
I don't know about other Christian denominations but Catholics use "I baptise you in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of The Holy Spirit." The rest that the priests use is from the book of rites of Baptism. But the main prayer that is NEEDED is "I baptise you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
Jesus said to go and baptise in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Normally in the Catholic Church, priests and other clergy men Baptise people, but in an emergency, such as a non Catholic that wants to be Catholic and to be cleansed of his sins is dying, anyone can baptise.

The title of the song is SONG OF BAPTISM.
no because baptism is an act from a priest. you only have the right to baptise somone if they are about to die and they give u permission or vise versa. you can also baptize yourself. so in conclusion baptism is really only a good act if you are the baptizer.
