∙ 9y agoIt depends on kind of stones. If you have small stones it is necessary to have laparoscopic cholecystectomy, because of high risk of dangerous complications: inflammation, jaundice, pancreatitis, cholangitis.
It is better to remove gall bladder with stones in cold period of disease.

A long-term low fat diet is scientifically proven to effectively prevent gallstones from recurring, negating the need for gall-bladder removal, however many people do not like the idea of being on a long term low fat diet. On the 6th day:
Do not eat anything after 6 pm.
At 6 pm, take 1 Tbsp Epsom salt with a full glass of water. Mix the Epsom salt in the water - it takes a bit of stirring. I take a big breath and down it quickly!
