-Helps employee to turn their work environment to a better place and minimizes stress.

-Enables long-term communication and collaboration between employee and management.

-Creates equal chance for opportunity to each individual in the company.

-Gives employee the good feeling of democratic leadership.

-Employs right people for the necessities of business projects and achievements.

-Encourages employee to do teamwork rather than kind of robots that only follow rules.

-Maintains work life balance of employees using flexibility

-Eliminates procrastination and monotony.

-Increases productivity and creativity by decentralizing company structure.

Disadvantages of Soft HRM

-It might not suit to most organizations because employees aren't ready for shifting to it.

-Requires great understanding and application capability through business and its employees.

-Can cause employee to misuse the concept

-Misuse of the concept could put entity into financial trouble.

-This could cause company deviated from its main aims.

-Employees can lose discipline rather than being productive.
