Not sure what you mean by "Churches", if you are talking about Chrisitan Churches, then the breakdown is (in 2011) 50.1% Catholic, 36.7% Protestant, 11.9% Orthodox, and 1.3% other. The Other category would break down to non-protestant religions that believe in Jesus in one way or another, like Mormons, Jehovah Witnesses, etc.
