What are the good and bad things about archery?

the good things are that you can be a better shooter in the long run and you have a longer time to hunt deer. the bad things are it takes time and practice to be good. but it is the most chalenging way to hunt so if you like a chalenge hunt with a bow.

Archery May not be a cardiovascular sport, but it definitely as physical benefits. Think about it, your pulling back up to 60 pounds of weight. And you can do that up to 100 times in a tournament. So your physical strength and endurance will improve over time.
