Well, a leader is someone who makes employees successful. A charismatic leader is someone who makes them more successful than they could imagine on their own. You live unyielded integrity (no gossip .. no gifts .. bo bride) You walk the talk .. do what you say.. Your employees trust you .. because you never tell them lies.. even if the story is bad You respect your empoyees.. (even if they are "just" cleaning the windows.. they are part of overall success) You have "standup skills" .. can talk in front of 1000 people on a topic you´ve just been told You have something "unique" you are known for .. (analythical skills, fast decision making..) You have something "unique" on you .. (never wear a tie .. always write mails in green.. ) You develop your employees.. If your employees did something good.. it was them .. if they do something wrong .. it is your responsibility.. If business is good - you stand behind your team .. if they are wrong.. you´re in front
