No, Sega needs to use all the characters they already have more often, for example, Marine was only in one game, Sonic Rush Adventure, and she was never playable. Sega sometimes forgets about some of the Sonic characters they have.

Well Sega racing obviously has Sega characters in it but in Mario kart it's only people from Mario games. That's the obvious. A way that they are the same is that you can pick up power ups to hit your opponent which is fun but Mario kart had that first. There's not a lot of differences besides different characters and different tracks that originate from Mario or Sega games.

Unfortunatley no, the Sonic characters playable in All Star Racing are Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Eggman, Shadow and Big, why Big i don't understand.....should've been either Silver or Blaze in my opinion, but it's SEGA's choice.
