In most jurisdictions, minors cannot get legally married without parental approval, so the point is moot.
Emancipated minors are minors who have been legally released from the control of their parents.
If they are doing the marriage legally, nothing (unless you were required to give consent, in which case you shouldn't have given the consent if you didn't wnat them getting married).
yes because they are minors
No. Your still legally a minor, and the only way you can move out is if your legally emancipated from your parents or you got married. it doesn't matter whether or not your a male, were not a prejudice society all minors are treated the same.
minors can't get married at all without parental consent. so any "marriage" wouldn't be real.
As long as they are minors, no they cannot.
I don't see why not
Yes. Getting married legally emancipates you from your guardians.
If they are married they are emancipated through the fact they are married, so I would say no.
only if the minors parents sign a form. why would you get married at 17 or 19?
i have no idea, but i think you can if you get legally emancipated from your parents
YES it aplies to all people not just adults your parents cannot legally force you to practice a religion
