What can you do to have you hair reallY healthy and make it grow faster if you have curly hair but it is really thick?

Had the exact same problem when i was younger. To make it healthy, don't use products which can harm it e.g. hairspray and DEFINITELY don't use any heat on it, that just makes the ends split and makes it thinner and shorter. Personally i found that when washing my hair, if i massaged my scalp whilst doing so it make my heair grow longer, faster and make it so much healthier! :D
