If you are talking about frizzy hair, I lived in Florida for a while and the humidity caused me to have frizzy hair. I tried everything in the store, but a lot of the products made my hair greasy looking and feeling, so I started washing my hair every three days. Now my hair is better so I wash it every two. If it looks like its getting oily I wash it. If not, over washing can cause frizzes, and also heat can cause it, lots of stuff can. From your water to salt in the air, to just your hairs natural thing. So I would try washing it less often and conditioning it when you do. I had trouble with this at first, because I like to wash my hair everyday, but it is naturally curly and I just can't. A ceramic flat iron can also help get rid of frizz. == === drink more water and take multi vitamin pills
