1. Coffee is a drug. The nausea you are feeling is caused by the effects coffee has on your digestive system. It is preventing the inhibition of some enzymes and increasing things such as heart rate. Caffeine is a powerful drug and until you build up a tolerance to it, it's effects may be bothersome when taken in concentrated doses (ie: a cup or two of brewed coffee).
2. Water-loss. Coffee is a diuretic. You are losing water, which causes your body to go through many reactions. Dehydration not only causes nausea but also headaches. The best way to fight this is to drink more water (either as plain water, juice, or food, not in soda or coffee).
Fortunately, almost all food has water in it, especially fruits. So if you are having a morning coffee, eating some fruit with it will prevent the jitters, nausea, and headaches, as well as giving you a bit more boost with their natural sugars.

As my research has stated, coffee is an okay drink to have on the bland diet but it is one of the food items to have in moderation. You should watch the amounts of coffee that you drink and maybe only have it every other morning if you are a morning coffee drinker.

People have different times they prefer to drink coffee; some people prefer different types or brews of coffee at particular times. Coffee-drinkers almost invariably drink coffee in the mornings; after that its a matter of personal preference which can vary widely. Some don't drink coffee from the afternoon on because they find it interferes with their sleeping patterns; others enjoy coffee after or with every meal and snack throughout the day.
If you just stop drinking coffee, you will get head aches. So the way to do it is like this.Say you drink 3 cups a day, reduce that number to 1 cup. Then once down to one cup a day drink a cup only once every 3 days, do this 3 times (9 days). Next drink one cup every 4 days, then 5 days, etc. Until you drink one cup a week. Next drink one cup every 2 weeks and so on until you drink one cup a month. By then your body will not need the coffee/caffeine, so then you can stop! :)Now, remove all coffee produces (including coffee cake) from home and work.Stay away from coffee stores because you might get tempted.Soon you will have a coffee/headache free body and life. :)
It's not the coffee itself that is bad for a 14 year old, it's the cafien that stunts your growth. If you were to drink one cup of coffee a day it wouldn't be bad but most kids also drink alot of energy drinks and soda. I'm 5.9 and 14 years old and I drink coffee just about every day and if you drink a cup of coffee a day with limited soda and no energy drinks then you WILL be fine.
