The first thing i would think of is to examine your diet, many foods can cause what seems like diarrhea, but just aggravate your GI tract.
If you positive that food, medicines your currently taking, etc. aren't the cause, speak with your doctor about it, you might end up being referred to a Gastroenterologist. They specialize in everything having to do with the digestive tract, and have tests that can help pinpoint the problem.
I was thinking possible IBS or an IBD such as UC or Crohn's because diarrhea is common with them, though pain is usually a sign of an irritable bowel disorder, but not always.
