Essentially, whatever you programmed it to do. This is a very broad question which can't be answered all that easily, I'd suggest embellishing to get a more defined answer.

But the computer could do whatever it was capable of doing ( in hardware ) and whatever software that was programmed for it. The first Apple computer was able to show the word "Hello World".

it worked like a computer accept it had no mouse. you had to add a case monitor and even a key board
