There is no standard formula for the amount of assessments levied against each unit in any condominium association.

Association budgets are expense driven: that is, monies are due from owners depending on annual budgets developed from expenses spent to operate the community in prior years.

Your share of assessments may depend on your unit's square footage, your optional use of amenities or other, depending on what is written in your governing documents. You may also be responsible for paying use-based, individually metered, consumption of utilities, such as water.

Your treasurer or association manager can explain the basis upon which your individual assessments are due and owing.

What is the difference between a tour manager and a band manager?

The general manager of a band oversees everything, can book shows, takes care of finances, among other activities. The manager usually stays in the office or goes to meetings. (If it is a bigger band, there are probably different categories of this, but I'm speaking from a smaller band's perspective). The tour manager goes on tour with the band and helps to make sure everything is going smoothly at shows.

Can you give me an example of the transitive property?

A transitive property is one where, if a is related to b, and b to c, a is therefore related to c in some way. An example of this would be height. If a is bigger than b, and b is bigger than c, a must be bigger than c. Thus, height is a transitive property.
