Telescope
Actually, Galileo did not invented the telescope. But he did build his own, improved telescope. His was the 1st telescope strong enough to actually view the planets and stars in space.
The first telescope (called a spy glass) used one convex lens and one concave lens. Galileo perfected it by using two convex lenses.
Galileo also invented the Geometric compass which was use for calculations and for measurements
The pendulum clock was another invention Galileo worked on but it was invented by Christian Huggens
im not sure but i also think he invented the thermometer and barometer but u should search for it
He formulated the theory of inertia. This work was improved upon by Rene Descarte and Issac Newton before becoming a law.
Galileo Galilei invented the geometric and military compass.
don't be fool by people! he invented the telescope and thermometer and many more
Galileo Galilei's great invention was the telescope. He was also credited with inventing the compass and thermometer. He was an Italian scientist.
he invented kinematics, thermometer ,telescope and that the earth turns around the sun.

Galileo worked with pendulums a lot, in order to improve timekeeping. With all his work he was able to design the first pendulum clock. While he did not invent the telescope he made significant improvements to it, incorporating the idea of a spyglass. He would create his own lenses in order to see with a magnification of eight or nine times.
Galileo discovered that Earth was not the center of the solar system, Jupiter has four moons and Venus has a face and phases like the moon. He also discovered the rings of Saturn. He didn't invent the telescope but he was the first person we know of to point a telescope into the skies and discovered that Jupiter wasn't just a bright light in the sky, but was an enormous planet. Galileo also found out that the moon was not smooth, by using a telescope that he did invent.
Galileo didn't just believe he discovered as well. One of the things this wise man discovered is that all objects fall at the same speed regardless of their mass. He also found out a new rate of acceleration. Last of all he found that Jupiter had moons that revolved around it. The idea of Jupiter's moons made him think the same about Earth's moon.
he created a thermo scope (forerunner of the thermometer)
A rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Galileo really didn't invent anything!! he discovered thing and made improvement to the telescope but other than i know he didn't invent things and he IMPROVED the telescope
Galileo Galilei invented traditional themometers and found out about particle theory

he went Galileo galilie home school
Some of Galileo's most significant work was in the field of kinematics, identifying that the total ...by him (or to be written by him) were forbidden, though this latter part was not enforced. ... Galileo Galilei - major areas of study ...
