Well, one major thing (and his most famous work) would be "Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica" (Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy) which he published in 1687 with his friend Edmond Halley.
This showed how a universal force, gravity, applied to all objects in all parts of the universe.
He also was very interested in Fluxions (Calculus) but I don't know if he invented it.

No Isaac Newton did not invent the branch of geometry. Isaac Newton actually invented modern calculus in the 17th century.
Sir Isaac Newton.
Isaac Newton was born 1642 December 25 (old-style calendar). Presumably, his parents began Isaac's pre-natal life in the usual way, thus about late March of that year. This is the origin for most humans.
According to Wikipedia, there is uncertainty as to whether Sir Isaac Newton did invent the cat flap (British English first for once in honour of Sir Isaac) or kitty door. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cat_flap#History
Newton set forth his law of universal gravitation. The general theory of relativity, by Einstein, contains a 'quantum mechanical' theory of gravity. So there are at least 2 laws of gravity.
Isaac Newton was a mathematician according to his biography.
