What did the scientist whisper to Rick Grimes at the end of The Walking Dead episode TS-19 from season one?

MEGA HUGE SPOILLER DONT READ He tells everyone they are all infected, rick holds back this information because he thinks Genner (spelling) is simple crazy/ out of his mind. The only other confirmations of this is randall's deaths along with shane's death and their relife.

Im my opinion at the start of the episode we see shane in the hospital and he checks ricks heart and if he was correct then he was dead there for he must of come back to life in a human form not walker type form and maybe he said "you are immune" because he died then he came back as a human or human like walker.

Another way to back my answer up is that the second to last episode of Season 2 Rick stabs shane with a knife and he had no bites and he became a walker so the virus must be in everyone but you need to die for it to take effect and getting bitten or sratched can make it react.
