you put the kiwi fruit in a blender get the lifting leave it out for 13 hours then put safings of what ever you want in it put in the oven for 15 minutes and then leave it rest about 5 to 7 minutes and EAT IT

∙ 11y agoyou take the skin and boil it in one and a half cups of water and a cup of sugar you let the water start to boil and then you add the sugar when that dissolves then you put in slices of skin any size you want and let it boil for ten minutes then take it out and let it stand and then eat ur welcome
