He will follow you (NOTE : DO NOT SE THE MAP). Then go to the lift, and to the 20th floor. Again, Marty will follow you. Go into the Design Room and talk to Kim Doherty. She will want you to clean up the mess Marty has made in the common room (there are clothes thrown everywhere). I haven't gotten through this part yet.
