A few signs that she is pregnant are: 1) A few minutes after mating a kind of a waxy 'copulation plug' forms to prevent the sperm escaping. The plug is often expelled a few days after mating - you may find this in the bedding if you have attempted to breed with 2 of your pigs - a sure sign that mating has taken place - however sometimes this just dissolves so you wouldn't find it anyway. 2) weight gain. 3) she may start to drink more water. 4) you may be able to feel movement of the babies in later stages, mainly by Day 42 (and some people can even feel the babie's heartbeats!) What to expect? Well, she will go into labor in approximately 2 and a half months. This usually occurs overnight or when you are not around, and you'll wake up one morning and find your guinea pig surrounded by 1-6 guinea pig babies.
When a female is pregnant she will be more moody and protective of her cage, and then close to birthing time she will make a nest, and give birth at night when no one is around.
It looks around the same just a little bigger, depending on how many their going have. Some guinra pigs pull out some of tjeir hair before but they normally stop after its over.
Pregnant female Guinea pig's stomach will become rounder and rounder. They will look lazy, they will eat and drink alot. Before a week from giving birth, their pelvic area will be seperated.
Guinea pig pregnancy lasts about 59 - 72 days.

No the guinea pig will no get pregnant.
Only the guinea pig she mated with but be sure to separate them after birth
When I got my guinea pig, we didn't know she was pregnant, so about a month later, my sister got one that wasn't pregnant. It was a little less that a month after that that my guinea pig had 2 babies. During that time, though, Molly, the pregnant guinea pig, was acting very territorial, and Milly, the non pregnant guinea pig, was staying by herself and not having anything to do with Molly. So make sure that if you put a pregnant guinea pig with a non pregnant guinea pig, that the non pregnant guinea pig is a girl, or else there WILL be trouble.
A guinea pig can only get pregnant if a male guinea pig has humped it. A guinea pig may have fallen pregnant while it was in the pet shop or where ever you got it. Now if you think she is pregnant it is important to research breeding guinea pigs.
I don't think there is a test to tell if a guinea pig is pregnant, but a pregnant guinea pig will not let you rub its stomach. If you are still unsure, take your guinea pig to a vet.
