Or it can mean a lot of things, he is unsure how you feel about him and afraid to admit how he feels? Maybe he got hurt in the past? sometimes guys do this and wait for you to come to him. why would a guy act like he loves u? maybe he likes u as a friend and dose not want anything above that line. maybe he just wants to sleep around with u? as u can see i can go on & on.
