It is well known as a stitch pain which is a simple muscle cramp caused by excessive muscle strain. It could occur if you run for longer distances or faster without having taken any prior exercises or training before here your body muscles are shocked due to abrupt strenuous movement, causing the pain around your liver. Try taking deep breaths, hold for a second or two then release- do this for about 5 minutes then take a glass of water with simple stretching exercises to ease the pain. If it persists though, it could need medical attention.
You have left the cage on the window sill
A "dead run" just means you were running as hard as you could. You were really running as you left home.
Feeling a tugging sensation under your rib cage can be a sign of Lyme disease. It could also be something minor like a muscle spasm.
What is cage? What do you mean?
Personally, I believe they are meant to be left in the wild to live happy and free in the grass with other chinchilla buddies, but if you have a big enough cage ( I mean BIG ) then they can be somewhat happy. If you have a nice grassy back yard with a good fence, then you can allow your chinchilla to roam around under your careful supervision, but otherwise, chinchillas should NOT be placed in cages under 5 ft in length and should not be left to simply sit in their cage forever (a.k.a. until they die).
it means put them in a cage
Cage of fools
Running alongside of the road means running on the side of a road, either on the left side or the right side, but I do not know what you mean by running anlongside of the road, I think you made a spelling mistake.
It means nothing.

An "airtight cage" is a very small inclosed space, in which you are in.
